Date: April 12, 2024
Race Start: 6:00AM for ASB participants, 7:00AM for ITC Individuals and Teams

Swim: 750M – 25M x 30 laps
Run: 5KM – 5 Loops

Grade 1 and 2: 100m Swim or 4 laps, 400m Run
Grade 3 and 4: 200m Swim or 8 laps, 800m Run
Grade 5 and 6: 300m Swim or 12 laps, 1.2km Run

American School of Bahrain (ASB) Participant – this option is available to ASB students only.

Race tactics are part of the interaction between competitors.

Competitors will:

Practice good sportsmanship at all times;
Be responsible for their own safety and the safety of others;
Obey traffic regulations and instructions from race marshals/volunteers;
Treat other competitors, marshals, volunteers, and spectators with respect and courtesy;
Avoid the use of abusive language;
Inform the Head Referee after withdrawing from the race.
Compete without receiving assistance other than from event marshals;
Not dispose rubbish or equipment around the course except at clearly identified places, such as water stop.
Not attempt to gain unfair advantage from any external vehicle or object;
Follow the prescribed course.
